Welcome to today's program. The beauty of grace and I'm pastor Pete Norris with harvest fellowship, church, Goldsboro, North Carolina. Today, I want to talk to you about the forgiveness of sins. You know, so many times we look at life and we justify a life and we justify all these things and we see the scripture and the Bible says that in Romans chapter 10, verse 17, faith comes by hearing and hearing by the word of God. Now the word word of God there, the word wall, we know that faith comes by hearing and hearing comes, but it doesn't come because you've heard it comes because you're hearing. And we know that hearing comes by the word of God. Faith is not parted. When you hear the 10 commandments preach. Faith comes only by the word of Christ to hear the word of cross of the here preaching and teaching that had been filtered through the new covenant of grace and the finished work of God. So we see here that the finished work is where the revelation comes as you and I begin to stand in the presence of God. And God began to deal with me this one time in acts chapter 14, verse seven, and they were preaching the gospel there. Well, you know, they were preaching the gospel there, but something happened in acts 13, 30, eight and 39. And this that happened in acts 13, 30, eight and 39 has literally transformed my life forever. God began to speak to me several years back, eight or 10 years, 12 years back. And he began to say, why don't you preach what Paul preached? And I said, Lord, I am on Pete. I'm preaching the epistles. I'm preaching in the new Testament. He said, well, why don't you go to acts chapter 1330, eight and 39? And you'll see one of his messages. Well, you know, I saw, I began to look back at acts 1330, eight and 39. Therefore let it be known to you, brother, that through this man, if you notice there's a big IOM there, that's talking about Jesus is preached to you, the forgiveness of sin and by him, everyone who believes, believes is justified from all things. Now, how many of you know that when Jesus is preached, it's the forgiveness of sins. In other words, automatically your sins are forgiven. When this man is preached and you understand what this man done, that is a part of the process that your sins are forgiven, that your sins are wiped away, that your sins are remembered. No. And to everyone who believes yes is declared Rochester were justified as declared righteous from all things, which you could not be justified by the law of Moses. So you can preach the law of Moses. All you want to, and it's never going to justify anybody. It's never going to declare anybody righteous to everyone who believes they are declared righteous from all things, everything. That's why Paul could stand before the Corinthians. And he would say, you know, I've never wrong. Anybody. I want you to understand today, there is no other qualifications for being forgiven of your sins. All who believe in Jesus received the forgiveness of all their sins and are justified from all things. Paul was proclaiming, right? That he could be declared justified or declared righteousbess from all things. If he only believe on Jesus now, what a powerful revelation that he is not spending a lot of time confessing all those things, but just receiving all those things by him, believing in Jesus, you are forgiving of all your sins and you are declared righteous from all things. The more revelation you get the finished work, the more you receive an impartation of faith for any situation, even the seemingly impossible ones. So we see this, we begin to realize what begins to happen and acts chapter 14, eight 32. Now verse seven says, and they were preaching the gospel there. The gospel is the message of grace. Now in Lucier a certain man without strength in his feet was sitting a crippled from his mother's wound who had never walked this. Man heard Paul speaking, Paul observing him intently and seeing that he had faith that he healed said with a loud voice, stand up straight on your feet. Any leaped, any walked now, how did the man come to be filled with faith? Well, he tells us in seven, they were preaching the gospel there. In other words, the gospel being preached. What had Paul just preached in acts 1330, eight and 39. He said, whosoever believes in, in, in this man is justified or forgiven of all your sins. Wonderful, great revelation. This man had heard all of his life. He was there, won't them to do something for him. And all he had to have was faith. That look, Hey, listen, brother, if you believe this, you'll be justified of all things. See that most of the healings that goes on in people's lives is because people think they deserve that sickness. And they have a hard time walking out of that sickness because they think they deserve that sickness. You and I have been delivered from the powers of the enemy and no weapon formed against us can prosper. That's the beautiful thing about this message of grace. When grace shows up all seeing leaves, why? Because there's no more condemnation to those that are in Christ. Jesus. See, that's a wonderful revelation. Romans eight one. There is no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus. So today you have no condemnation. You have nothing going on in your mind. You have no sins that are held over your head. You have been forgiven and declared righteous by God. Now, if God declared you righteous, he's the only one that can declare you unrighteous. That's the beauty of this message of grace.
